Wolf4GW
Wolf4GW is a port of Wolfenstein 3D by Moritz "Ripper" Kroll to the 32-bit DOS extender DOS4GW. The first version was released September 13th, 2005 and was eventually used as the base for Wolf4SDL by the same author.
The project was open source and fairly widely used for awhile. However, it seems that most of the releases have been lost to time outside of the modified versions. There does however still exist a version that was released March 19th, 2006 which contained a patch from Chris to allow moving push walls to be viewed properly from all directions.
